Position: Medical Aesthetician
Location: Atlanta, GA (Perimeter Area)
Position Summary
WIFH would like to partner with an experienced Medical Aesthetician with a passion for helping patients achieve his/her skincare goals. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will be expected to maintain expert-level knowledge of WIFH’s entire portfolio of skincare products and procedures. You will be responsible for performing an array of aesthetic treatments including but not limited to; microneedling, dermaplaning, Oxygen Facial, HydraFacial, IPL, PRP treatments and chemical peels. In addition, you will conduct consultation appointments, close consultations and cross sell when appropriate. This position is a full-time position and reports directly to Dr. Paul Cox.
Responsibilities
- Provides patients with microneedling, IPL, HydraFacial and other aesthetic treatments.
- Establish and maintain rapport with patients.
- Conduct skincare consultations – evaluate each patient’s skin concerns and recommend the most effective treatment and products to meet patient’s individual needs.
- Continually educate patients on aesthetic advancements and medspa offerings.
- Capture before and after photos.
- Maintain all Spa equipment to standard, ensure Spa rooms are maintained and properly sanitized.
- Maintain detailed records within the company’s EMR (PatientNOW).
- Participate in internal/external training meetings.
- Maintain license and training.
Qualifications
- Licensed Aesthetician
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical aesthetics
- Strong customer service experience
- Friendly and energetic attitude with great interpersonal goals
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to be a self-starter and be goal, detail and team oriented
- Well-organized with effective time and workload/activity-management skills

Position: Cosmetic Injector (RN/NP/PA)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Perimeter Area)
Position Summary
WIFH would like to partner with an experienced RN/NP/PA Cosmetic Injector. As a Cosmetic Injector you will be responsible for conducting consultation appointments, closing consultations and performing various neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. Experience with other aesthetic treatments is a plus. This position is a full-time position and reports directly to Dr. Paul Cox.
Responsibilities
- Perform various neurotoxin and dermal filler injections (Allergan and Galderma)
- Conduct consultations – analyze and evaluate each patient’s personal needs in order to recommend the most effective treatment to meet his/her expectations
- Perform other aesthetic treatments and services where skilled and licensed
- Maintain detailed medical records within the organization’s EMR (PatientNOW)
- Capture before and after photos
- Maintain all equipment to standard, ensure treatment rooms are maintained
- Participate in internal/external training meetings
- Maintain license and CME training
Qualifications
- RN license, Master of Science in Nursing or certification from an accredited Physician Assistant program is preferred
- Must have experience working with Allergan and Galderma products
- 2+ years injecting experience
- Required minimum state licensure and certification
- Current BLS
- Friendly and energetic attitude with great interpersonal skills

Position: Medical Assistant / Spa Attendant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Perimeter Area)
Position Summary
As a Medical Assistant you will work closely with the clinical team in a support capacity. The Medical Assistant’s primary function involves supporting all activities of the clinician team – including but not limited to – turning over rooms, stocking supplies and charting medications. The Medical Assistant will also assist the physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with in-office procedures and follow up care. Qualified candidates will have computer competency, excellent verbal communication skills and bedside manner. Experience with PatientNOW EMR is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prep all exam rooms for daily procedures and examinations, turnover rooms between patients and restock as needed/daily
- Directing patients to treatment rooms and providing pre-procedural instructions
- Send in electronic prescriptions for patients as needed and as instructed by Dr. Cox, PA or NP
- Assist with in-office procedures, sterilization of instruments and record keeping
- Mix all cosmetic injectables
- Apply topical anesthetic for procedures
- Perform phlebotomy
- Record vitals
- Process instruments throughout the day as needed: autoclave, pack, clean, restock rooms
- Take photos of all skin care, injectable, pre-operative, post-operative, and follow up patients
- Other administrative and support duties as assigned

Position: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA (Perimeter Area)
Position Summary
Our Patient Care Coordinator are crucial to the success of our organization. Functioning in a patient facing role, the Patient Care Coordinator are accountable for delivering the first impression of the practice. This role is largely customer service and public relations oriented. Working in a support capacity, a Patient Care Coordinators’ primary responsibility is maintaining patient logistics in the practice. The Patient Care Coordinator ensures a welcoming and calm environment for both patients and team members. In addition, the Patient Care Coordinator serves the Clinical team by providing patient-related support. As a member of the Operations team, the Patient Care Coordinators are responsible for seamless execution of office policies and procedures. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Delivers superior customer service to patients
- Establishes rapport with new and existing patients
- Serves patients by greeting them, check-in and check-out, scheduling and answering questions about products and procedures
- Optimizes provider time and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person, through email and over the phone
- Creates invoices and quotes, transacts and post payments and maintains patient balances and accounts
- Maintains detailed records within the company’s patient management software pertaining to patient procedures, outcomes and other medical information
- Manages patient logistics. Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of arrival, managing service delays and reviewing services received vs scheduled
- Educates patients on products and services offered
- Maintains appearance of the reception area and patient traffic areas
- Other administrative and support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of customer service experience
- 1-3+ years of sales and/or sales support experience
