Kelsey Barry is the Patient Care Director at WIFH, where she guides patients through their aesthetic journey from initial consultation through treatment and ongoing care. She also works closely with Dr. Cox and his surgical patients, helping ensure they feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their experience.

Born in Walnut Creek, California, Kelsey moved to Atlanta in 2003 and has called it home ever since. She holds dual U.S. and Irish citizenship and loves visiting Ireland to spend time with family. With more than a decade of experience in customer service, Kelsey combines her passion for aesthetics with what she enjoys most—connecting with people and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Outside of WIFH, Kelsey enjoys cooking, singing, traveling, and spending time with her dogs. She lives by the motto, “Treat people the way you wish to be treated,” a philosophy she brings to every patient interaction.
