Policy for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support at patientconcierge@wifh.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return for the unwanted product and place a new order for your desired item. Item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
